About Me

Jeff Luther is proud to be a third-generation Floridian from the Vero Beach area.  He grew up in the family citrus and real estate business.  Jeff started a career in law enforcement but took a hiatus to run a large-scale grove care business covering thousands of acres in Florida and the Islands.  He then returned to the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office where he became the Public Information Officer working with local and state agencies, administrators and legislators as well as the media.  He retired as Major, Chief of Staff in 2015.
He returned to his first love of real estate in 2016, after watching the area's market grow by leaps and bounds over the years in this picturesque region of our country. Real Estate has been an ideal fit for him, combined with his extensive background of 44+ years in related service experience and having exceptional people skills while being committed to providing a high level of customer service coupled with peace of mind for his valued clientele. He is also known for staying on top of Florida’s trends, market updates and the latest news to best provide information to his clients.  Serving Brevard County, Treasure Coast, Space Coast and the surrounding areas together with Jeff’s knowledge of the area and the ranchers, cattle and citrus owners gives him the unique opportunity to match people with the home or property that best suits them.  He truly feels that real estate is a lifetime endeavor and has found it immensely rewarding and gratifying to assist people with their real estate needs.
Jeff believes in giving back to his community and has been very active with numerous non-profit organizations. He has served on the board for the United Way Marketing, 211 - which identifies and assists people with various needs, the Mental Health Collaborative, Cherokee Flyers and assists the Community Traffic Safety Team.  He also enjoys maintaining his pilot’s license. Jeff delights in sharing what the beautiful Florida area lifestyle has to offer his clients with his local knowledge and expertise; which include a multitude of outdoor activities offering gorgeous nature trails for walking, hiking and biking in addition to fishing, hunting, golf, boating, wonderful dining, boutique shopping along with unique events and activities for everyone.
